Ted Jeczalik applied for mortgage to Bank of America in 2004 for property located at 8745 Angoff dr., New Port Richey, FL 34653.
He was rejected by Bank of America and he could not receive mortgage at lower rate. Anna Michalik wanted her parents to be placed on the loan to lower the percentage. When Anna Michalik parents ( Barbara and Boleslaw Michalik ) placed their names on the mortgage application - Bank of America approved the mortgage without placing Ted Jeczalik along their names.

Ted Jeczalik asked Bank of America to change the name on the mortgage since he was the only person to make all payments from 2004 until September 1st 2010.

Bank of America refused to change names on the mortgage despite many applications and sending many requests and paperwork for so many times.

Ted Jeczalik was trying to sell the property from 2007 to 2010 but Anna Michalik along with her parents - Barbara and Boleslaw Michalik refused the sale.

In July 2010 Anna Michalik decided to divorce Ted Jeczalik. Anna Michalik violence and abuse of Ted Jeczalik forced him to move out of the property due to his personal security. Violence and abuse of Anna Michalik made impossible to live and conduct office business by Ted Jeczalik at this property.

In august 2010, Anna Michalik have stolen from family safe all prove of payments made by Ted Jeczalik from 2004 to 2010 trying to extort the property for herself using her parents and divorce. She plotted this for many years and in 2010 she decided to extort the property from Ted Jeczalik by using divorce. To conduct her fraud and extortion, Anna Michalik used fraudulently name of Jeczalik when in fact she never change her maiden name of Michalik. Ted Jeczalik no longer resides at this property and remaining owners are responsible for all payments for this property since September 1st, 2010.

Anna, Barbara & Boleslaw Michalik are responsible for all mortgage payments starting from September 1st, 2010 until final divorce between Anna Michalik and Ted Jeczalik or foreclosure if mortgage payments are not made for this property by Anna, Barbara Boleslaw Michalik.

Due to violence and abuse by Anna Michalik, Ted Jeczalik is separated from Anna Michalik since September 1st, 2010 and Ted Jeczalik takes no responsibility for any crimes of Anna Michalik including Anna Michalik Fraud for this property.
