Constitutional and human right violation by Bank of America.

Update 7-1-2010:

After lot of pressure from above contacts and President Obama letter, Bank of America lowered percentage to 8%.

Bank of America has violated my constitutional and human rights.

I always paid my payments on time and had never problem with paying my bills. In 2009 Bank of America raised my percentage for over 100% for no reason.
For the passed 6 month Bank of America lowers my credit limit almost every month lower and lower.

This is completely unfair to let consumers borrow money and then raised the percentage to such exploitation level.
After so many appeals and letter I met complete ignorance and no response to my cry for help.

I could not get any reasonable percentage and credit limit so I am suspending payment on this corrupted institution and I say no to further exploitation to me, my business and my family.
I would like to receive any help an behalf of millions of Americans being exploited this way.

This letter is posted on many web sites and monitors elected officials for actions in this matters.
