I was making delivery on the 18th of September 2005 at Costco Distribution Center located at 5851 45th st, .West Palm Beach, FL 33407.

After entry to the facility (about 9:30 PM) Mr. John Nunes from Gold Leaf Security told me several times to move my truck on the parking lot. After third time I notice it has nothing to do with safety or organizing traffic ( the parking lot had few trucks and no traffic) I told him to stop discriminating me and stop bully me. He called Police and I was told to leave the facility so I did.

By discriminating me for no reason Gold Leaf Security pushed me to violate out of hours rules and regulation of the federal traffic law for commercial vehicles. In the middle of the night I had to drive very sleepy and tired around West Palm Beach looking for parking for semi truck and 53 ft trailer. The action of irresponsible security at Costco in West Palm Beach cost lot of people to be in danger on the road that night.

I went again next morning to deliver the load. Friend of Mr. Nunes who refused to let me know his name ( all I could see was Charly) deny again entry to the facility for no reason. The broker for this load was  ALLEN LUND CO., 6800 PARK TEN BLVD, SUIT 196W, SAN ANTONIO, TX 78213-4211. Next day ( 09-19-05) Patty from Allen Lund Co told me to deliver this load to another location.

After over one month waiting for payment from Allen Lund Co we notice that about $500.00 was stolen from the total payment we should received. I had to put up with extra delivery and driving endangering the public safety and Allen lund not only have not compensated us for extra work - they simply have stolen money from the amount promised at the load confirmation.

I would like to ask you to bring any legal action against allen Lund Co for stealing money, Gold Leaf Security for discrimination and endangerment of safety to the public, violating federal rules for commercial carriers and Costco for allowing such situation and negligence at their facility.

After receiving this notice - Allen Lund Paid our fee that was withheld.

All others involved in this incident decided to remain ignorant. Gold Leaf Security completely ignored all our complains including Costco werehouse where delivery was rejected by unstable idiot, security punk from Gold Leaf Security.
