Original Letter about crimes of Chase Bank:


Thank you for your response to Chase Bank  illegal  and derogatory financial actions.

After my account was closed for no apparent reason, Chase automatically submitted bad financial report to credit companies making my credit history bad for no reason.

I place on hold all payments and Chase bank impose high percentage and late fees including negative information to credit reporting agencies.

I received 4 notices in October 2009 - one is saying that my account was reinstated, 2 days later that my account can not be reinstated and 2 notices that i received additional fees and penalties. This is some kind of madness the people in Chase Bank  sending all contradicting information. Copies of all correspondence from Chase Bank is enclosed.

 When Credit reporting companies and Chase will clean all lies and wrong information about my name and when this account will be reinstated - I am going to return to making payments. No late fees or penalties is accepted any more - no more steeling from people's money is allowed. We will need proof of negative information withdrawn from credit reporting agencies.
