After receiving 4 notices of open and then closed account I have no choice but suspend my account until July 2010 when U. S. Government consumer protection against crimes of financial institution like Chase Bank will take effect.

It is impossible to conduct business with Chase Bank closing and opening account for no reason or for wrongful information just to suck more moneys for late fees and who knows what.

As of today - 11-17-09 - this account is suspended until July 2010.

I received today notice for closing my visa account. The decision was based on some credit report agency called Experian TRW, P.O. Box 2002, Allen, Tx 75013 and Equifax Credit Services, Inc., P.O. box 740241, Atlanta, Ga 30374, 1-800-685-1111. Those credit report agencies refused in the passed to correct our information. I was born in 1916 according to the credit report agencies that is off for 50 years! There is nothing correct in the credit report agencies, it is just one information joke and all of the agencies refused to correct information in the passed.  They just place information that completely does not match people's information like in my case.

After receiving billions of dollars from stimulus packet paid by us - the American Tax Payers to Chase bank I find this closing of my account as very unethical and anti American move. This is pure discrimination to me and i am refusing to accept this discrimination.

You can plat financial games in your boardrooms but we, Americans have the constitutional right and duty to stop you.

I stop all payments for this account as it was illegally, unfairly closed for no reason. When Credit reporting companies and Chase will clean all lies and wrong information about my name and when this account will be reinstated - I am going to return to making payments.

Shame on you Chase for doing it.  Enjoy your billions you received from us.
