After 3 months of  lies, closing and opening and then closing again my credit card for no reason by Chase Bank. They charged bogus fees and the cheating goes on. In addition I received notice of  change in terms - percentage was raised to unbelievable numbers. Additionally, I received this week survey how Chase Bank is performing. This joke is direct insult to all victims of Chase Bank discrimination and financial crimes.

It has been going on for over 3 month. Chase Bank reports to credit companies bad and deceptive information about me and my credit history. Chase Banks changing status of this account almost every week. Wrongful information is constant being sent to report agencies.

After 3 months of this nonsense from Chase bank I state that:

I have not received any physical credit card with my account from Chase Bank. I have not received any proof that damages to my credit history were corrected.
 The percentage stays high.

If my basic American rights will be respected I will resume payments - until then this account is suspended until July 2010 when U. S. Government protection will be in effect protecting Americans from white collar crime of of financial institutions like this Chase Bank.

Finally Chase bank open this account and returned all charges including lower %.
