As our accounts for Cingular were bought by AT&T we had our
telephone service under AT&T as of July 1st 2010.
After so many years we were satisfied with Cingular - unfortunately
AT&T lower the service quality to the point that for unlimited use
plan we got charges going over hundreds of dollars above our plan.
After calling customer service we found out that someone made
unauthorized change to our account and that resulted in higher prices
for the same service.
In July AT&T cut out our telephone services leaving our corporation
with thousands of dollars of losses.
Because of this irresponsible action we suspended all services and
accounts with AT&T and we no longer support AT&T with our phone
needs.
