ALL ADDITIONS LIKE: lightning, air conditioning, water cascades in various shapes, a range of natural materials and shapes including waterfalls ect. NEED TO BE ADDED TO BASIC PRICE OF CAVE.
TRANSPORTATION (cost depends on size and weigh) - $1.20 - $2.20 / MILE FROM NEW PORT RICHEY, FL TO LOCATION OF SALT CAVE BUILDING.
EXTRA SPACE FOR EACH CAVE IS RECOMMENDED ( 1.5 ft on each side).

Help for working our technicians in finding living quarters, meals and help in buying local construction material and tools.
Help in construction requirements according to local zoning and local building code.
Cost of construction does not include heating floor - it is not required for worm climates.
We do complete air conditioning connections and installation of all ducts.
Owner of building has to install air conditioning unit with its own warranty for required area.
