Can I move salt cave spa to other location?
Yes, you can move it but bear in mind - this is structure that is made to be in one place. Moving it will damage some components and perhaps change design. We do not move or repair any moved salt cave spas. It is responsibility of the owner to move any salt cave spas.

 We design to customer preferences. Every model is different. Gallery with pictures is available at our web site.

There is basic price indicator for general guidelines - you can place higher price specially when there is need for extra modifications. You are free to negotiate but make sure you do not go below our minimum. Extra price will be forwarded to you after full payment is received from the customer.

> mile - does it depend on the size? Distance? Can he pick up this cave by

It is shipped by commercial trucks or container however the finish is made by our contractors. At this time customers can not pick all the materials by themselves - we have many sources where we get blocks of salt. Most of the caves have weight within 44 000.00 BLS. ( Salt Blocks ) If extra large salt cave spa is constructed we have to charge extra for shipping.
> 4. What about the maintenance cost - what period of time does he have to

The salt on the floor has very long life time. Unless it is damaged the salt can last for many years. It is recommended that all customers take off any shoes going to the salt cave spas. Please check all salts kinds and prices at our salt store - the same web site.
> 5. What are the most common problems associated with the warranty?
General maintenance is to ventilate the salt cave spa after each session - after people leave salt cave spa. Next general maintenance is water pomp pumping salt water over the evaporation tower . Most of the water tower is design to last at least for 5 years - after that the pump or electrical motor is replaced. Rest of the evaporation tower does not need any replacement.
> 6. Do you have any option of getting an extended warranty? The 1 year

What is impressive about our Salt Cave Spas is that they do not need any warranty. In general, after salt cave spas are build, there are not many components that owner needs to replace or repair. Our one year of warranty is general warranty for our customers. They are design very well and they should last for many years without lot of maintenance to the structure. We provide additional service if any mechanical damage is made to walls of the salt cave spas by any customer. All service after general warranty is paid by customer. At this time we never had any problems before or after one year warranty provided for all customers.
> 7. If he has any problems during the warranty period, how long does he have

 All repairs are handled on "first come first serve" basis however after final inspections we do not have problems reported by our customers. If any problems will show - we can provide service within one week.
> 8. What about service after warranty? Can he fix the problem by himself.

All components are so easy to replace - every owner with basic tools can replace any component without any problems. All designs are very simple and basic in it's construction. The basic replacements are in the range of couple hundred dollars.

If the construction of building where salt cave spas is in good condition - our salt cave spas can functions with low maintenance cost for many years. Only small components of salt blocks can be replace but in general, our models with proper maintenance can function for unlimited number of years. Its life span depends on the building that is hosting our salt cave spas.
