Gulf of Mexico Therapeutic Mud comes from natural springs area where underground spring water with all mineral content gets directly to Gulf of Mexico.
This unique, bluish color clay feels like very delicate soap when placed on your skin.

Direction of Use:
Open container with dried mud. Add water or oil olive and mix it well. Apply to your skin. If possible expose to sun. If mud is mixed with water - mud will dry in full sun in 5 - 10 minutes giving you shrinking filling.
Take chunk of Gulf of Mexico Therapeutic Mud and spread it over your skin. If mud does not stick to your skin, you need to add more water. Adding more water to mud makes it stick to your skin and you can easily spread it all over your body. If you are outside - the sun will dry it in few minutes and you may feel shrinking on your skin. One jar last for several full body therapies. 15-30 minutes therapy at first time is recommended. Later therapy may last longer - depends on your skin condition. GM Mud helps with skin problems and helps in rejuvenation of all body by applying rich mineral content. Always check first for any skin problems.
