Open your box and check all parts.

You should have all theses parts - this is complete kit.

I f you have tire with uneven surface like mountain bicycle tire - change it for better traction.

Optional - Self Sealing tube may be placed for better safety and less down time.

Install U Bolt Behind Seat - All bolts and nuts are included

Align and connect Engine and drive to U Bolt behind the seat.

Allignment is done by placing nuts on bolt located on U Bolt at seat connecting drive.

Center roller from drive with tire.

Install lever for throtle

Connectlever with engine throtle.

Add Oil - 10 W 30 - and fire engine.Uneven level of oil may cause engine to shot down - resolution - unattach yellow wire but rimember to check level of your engine. Engine may get damage due to low level of oil. Install on / off swith for shotting down engine.

Fire engine and regulate throtle for low ideling. If engine runs to high at low throtle - drive will damage tire.

Place support rodrs on both sides of drive.

Apply adequate pressure for roller touching tire and lock connecting rod on the back of drive.

Honda GXH50, 49.3 cc, Four Cycle, Rear mount kit. Your pick of any of the drive rollers listed below. This kit come with the Dual engaging system. The engine shaft has been machined and includes the 3 shoe dry metal clutch and the CNC machined adaptor. This is a complete kit.
The standard drive roller

is the 1.50". If you have lots of hills go with the 1-3/8". If 250 lbs and hills - pick the 1-1/4". The larger the drive roller the faster your top speed, but less hill climbing power. Be sure and check out the Gear & Chain Drive kits if you need an engine this powerful.
